  • WHAT IS YOUR AVAILABILITY?

    Office Hours:
    Monday to Saturday — Hours vary

    Clinic Hours (By Appointment):

    Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00am to 6pm (last appointment at 5pm), and

    Friday, from 9:00am to 4pm (last appointment time at 3pm), and

    Saturday, from 9:00am to 12pm (last appointment is at 11am), and

    Sunday- CLOSED

  • Where will our sessions take place?

    All sessions are currently conducted online through a secure video platform. In-person sessions may occasionally be available in Peterborough.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late cancellations may be subject to a session fee. This policy ensures that time can be offered to another client who may need support.

  • Are sessions covered by insurance?

    Coverage through extended health benefits may be available under my designation as a Registered Social Worker. Please confirm your eligibility with your insurance provider.

  • Who do you work with?

    I work primarily with adults 18+ navigating stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and issues related to identity, belonging, and systemic barriers. While my practice centers the experiences of Black and racialized communities, all are welcome.

  • Do you offer sliding scale?

    In recognition of financial barriers to health equity, a select number of sliding scale spots are available.

    Currently, all sliding scale spots are full — Fall/Winter 2025.

  • What is your payment policy?

    Payment is accepted by e-transfer and is expected either before or immediately after the session.

  • Is therapy confidential? List Item

    Yes, confidentiality is central to the therapeutic relationship. Information shared in session stays private except in specific circumstances where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, child or elder abuse, or a court order).

  • How often should I attend therapy?

    Frequency depends on your goals and circumstances. Many clients start with weekly or biweekly sessions, and we adjust as needed. Together, we’ll find a rhythm that feels supportive and sustainable.
